Delta Corp Q4 Results

Net profit increases 6% year on year to Rs 51 cr; revenue increases 4%. Sequentially, net profit decreased by as much as 40% from the Rs 85 cr recorded in the previous quarter.

Delta Corp Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 51 crore for the March 2023 quarter. This represents a 6% increase over the previous year's figure of Rs 48 crore.

Net profit fell by up to 40% year on year, compared to Rs 85 crore in the previous December quarter.

For the fiscal year under review, revenue from operations increased by 4% to Rs 227 crore. In the same quarter last year, the figure was Rs 218 crore.

Revenues fell 17% year on year, to Rs 273 crore in the third quarter. Total expenses for the quarter increased 11% to Rs 184 crore, up from Rs 166 crore in the March 2022 quarter.

Delta Corp shares closed 3% lower on the NSE on Tuesday, ahead of the results, at Rs 189. This year, the stock has dropped nearly 13%.

When compared to the same period last year, the revenue from online skill gaming operations increased by 12% to Rs 47 crore during the March quarter.
